Thanks to courageous Members of Congress like Senator Graham we are bringing the fight to Big Tech. Google, and their fellow monopolists Facebook, Amazon, and Apple have been inflicting political and economic harms on Americans for years. Congress is finally stepping up to combat these abuses through modernizing America’s antitrust laws that have been on the books for over 100 years.
Antitrust is the great American solution to the problem of undue political and market power. Rather than impose regulations on every company in a sector using a regulatory hammer, antitrust goes after only those companies that are distorting markets using a scalpel. As conservatives, we believe that antitrust is a better approach to take than heavy-handed regulation.
