“In short, the methods in which the FCC, along with other federal agencies, regulate tech companies no longer meets the moment. Based on the unprecedented expansion of the digital marketplace in recent decades, we ask that the Commission reevaluate the operability of Section 230 using its broad rule-making authorities impliedly authorized by the Supreme Court and demanded by a civil society that considers freedom of speech a fundamental value.” – Read full comment HERE.
